At Uniting Vic. Tas, you'll work with people who embrace you for who you are. Because inclusion matters here. And our people say they feel it every day.
Our work isn't easy, but it matters.
Join us and seize the chance to stand together, get stuck in and make a real difference.
At Uniting, we exist to empower people to reach their potential. We show up to strengthen every community we serve. As a large, established not-for-profit, we know we can make all the difference, in so many ways.
Here you'll find you can do so much to inspire and assist. Maybe your passion is enabling people to find a safe and secure home. Or supporting families to stay together. Or educating and uplifting the next generation.
Whatever matters most to you, our breadth of services and wide range of locations offer you so many ways to make an impact. Explore our different work areas to see if you are Uniting.
Additional Assistants play a vital role in creating inclusive kindergarten environments where every child can thrive.
Funded through the Victorian Government’s Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program, Additional Assistants work alongside educators to support the meaningful participation of children with disability or complex needs.
We celebrate diversity and value the lived experience of people of every faith, ethnicity, age, disability, culture, language, gender identity, sex and sexual orientation.
At Uniting we work towards achieving a common purpose and share common values.
